Dinara nature park

Located in Dalmatia, the natural park Dinara contains the highest mountain in Croatia with its peak standing at 1831 meters. It is one of Croatia's many natural beauties and our most recently proclaimed natural park. The mountain holds significant cultural importance, and though it was historically the domain of nomadic shepards, it is largely uninhabited, still preserving its untouched, untamed nature.

For anyone who considers themselves reasonably fit and in good shape, a hike up Dinara promises a new experience. Hiking up this massif is challenging not because of its height, rather its wilderness, the ruthless sun, dry conditions and lack of water sources, especially during the summer. This is why we absolutely reccomend you bring enough water and pack sunscreen when you do decide to conquer the mountain.
