Potissimus ltd. acting as the Travel Agency, shall guarantee the execution of the travel program. The Guest is obligated to provide any information which is required for the reservation process. These terms & conditions apply to all the tours offered on this website.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
By making an Online reservation/booking via the Agency web page booking system, you are expected to pay certain percent of the total amount for the tour deposit.
Once you finish the payment, you will get a confirmation email, with trip details. Rest of the payment will be done in the Agency at the day of the tour, before the tour starts. It is possible to pay in cash (HRK) or by card at the office.
PRICING AND CONTENT
The agency reserves the right to make modifications to the prices listed on our website in case of drastic changes in transport prices and other services. The prices of our tour are listed in HRK – which is the official Croatian currency. However, the system will show you also the equivalent price in Euros.
If the Client (Guest) should cancel the booked tour, all Client’s cancellations must be written and sent by e-mail (email@example.com). The written cancellation date would be the basis for the compensation of cancellation costs.
• If the guest cancels the reservation more than 7 days prior to departure date, the agency refunds the full amount of the money paid.
• If the guest cancels the reservation within 2 – 7 days prior to departure date, the agency refunds half of the amount paid.
• If the guest cancels the reservation less than 2 days (48 h) prior to departure date, or doesn’t show up on the day of departure, the agency does not refund the money and keeps the entire amount paid.
The agency reserves the right to cancel or postpone the scheduled tour in case of extreme weather conditions, and unpredictable situations that could endanger the safety of guests or the successful performance of the tour.
In this case, the agency undertakes to inform the guest as soon as possible and offer him the following options:
1. Another departure date of the tour under the same conditions and at the same price
2. Full Refund of money paid for the reservation and cancellation of the reservation
Based on article 6 section 3 of the “Act on Providing Services in Tourism” („Narodne novine“, no. 130/17) the customer has the right to file a written complaint at the business office of the Tourist Agency Potissimus ltd. (Split Outdoor Adventure) You can send written complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to the written complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint on our contact address.
All Potissimus Ltd. tours include insurance policy made by Allianz insurance company.
PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY
During the booking process all our guests are asked for some personal information, which is never shared with a third party and is used only by the Potissimus ltd. Travel Agency.
